Coronavirus keeps raising its ugly head around the entire world as 287,282 cases were reported in the last 24 hours till 10am on Friday.

In total, confirmed Covid-19 cases have reached 17,474,691, according to Worldometer.

Besides, the death toll from coronavirus has reached 676,759 across the world.

Of the currently infected 5,860,161 patients, 5,793,789 are in mild condition while 66,372 are in serious or critical condition.

So far, 10,937,771 people have made recovery from the disease in different countries. Of them, 239,796 recovered in the last 24 hours.

The US is the worst-hit country with highest cases and deaths in the world at 4,634,985 and 155,285 respectively while Brazil is in the 2nd position with 2,613,789 cases and 91,377 deaths and India reported 3rd highest 1,639,350 cases.

Coronavirus has affected 213 countries and territories around the world and two international conveyances.

Bangladesh has so far confirmed 234,889 coronavirus cases and 3,083 deaths.
