Coronavirus infected 581,565 people across the world in the last 24 hours till 10am on Sunday.

In total, virus cases surged to 54,328,268 globally, according to data collated by tracking website Worldometer.

Besides, virus-related deaths have reached 1,318,276 including 8,868 reported during the period, around the world.

Of the currently infected 15,141,219 patients, 15,043,065 are in mild condition while 98,154 are in serious or critical condition.

So far, 37,868,773 people have made recovery from the disease in different countries.

The US is the worst-hit country with highest cases and deaths in the world at 11,226,038 and 251,256 respectively while India has 2nd highest cases of 8,814,902 and third highest fatalities of 129,674 and Brazil has 2nd highest deaths of 165,673 and third highest cases of 5,848,959.

Bangladesh has so far confirmed 430,496 cases and 6,173 deaths from coronavirus.

Coronavirus has affected 216 countries and territories around the world and two international conveyances.
