Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan sat in a meeting with top alem of Qawmi madrasas on Monday night to discuss the issue of sculpture.

However, neither side talked about the outcome of the meeting which began at 9:30pm and ended at 11:30pm.

It was learned that the outcome of the meeting will be revealed formally at the Secretariat today.

State Minister for Religious Affairs Faridul Haque Khan was present at the meeting.

Chairman of coordinated Qawmi board Al-Haiyatul Ulia Lil-Jamiatil Qawmia Bangladesh Allama Mahmudul Hasan led the alem at the meeting.
