Another large bomb was recovered while excavating during work on the third terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital on Monday.
Workers found the bomb while digging the site, said airport sources.
On information, a team of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) rushed in and recovered the bomb which is believed to be weighed 250 kg like those found earlier.
With this, four large bombs were recovered from the construction site in December alone.
Earlier, three 250kg bombs were found while digging at the site on December 9, 14 and 19.
The bombs were destroyed at the BAF Rasulpur firing range in Tangail.
The bombs were believed to be dropped during the War of Liberation in 1971.
