Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan returned home from the US on Sunday morning.
He landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on a flight of Qatar Airways around 10am.
Talking to the media, Shakib said he feels good that they are going to return to the international cricket through the upcoming home series against West Indies.
Mentioning that the series will be a difficult one, he said he will try to get back himself.
About the news that he is going to the father of third child, the all-rounder sought blessings from all so that the unborn baby remains healthy.
Shakib rushed to the US on December 15 without playing the final of the Bangabandhu T20 Cup after getting the news of his father-in-law’s illness.
However, his father-in-law died before he reached the US.
West Indies will arrive in Dhaka on January 10.
