Local MP and Noakhali district Awami League General Secretary Ekramul Karim Chowdhury has threatened to speak against ruling party General Secretary Obaidul Quader.

He made the threat in a Facebook live on Thursday night. 

The video which was removed shortly went viral on the on social media site.

“If I speak, I won’t talk against Mirza Quader, but Obaidul Quader. I’ll speak against Obaidul Quader if the full-fledged committee of Noakhali district Awami League is not announced within a few days,” Ekramul said.

Claiming that Obaidul Quader is the member of a Razakar family, he said, “The man of a Razakar family reaches such a level who can’t control his brother. I’ll speak about those within a few days if the district committee is not announced.”
