Only 1-2 per cent of those received the Covid-19 vaccine in the country have shown side effects, said Additional Director General of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Prof Dr Nasima Sultana on Monday.
Primarily, 561 front-line fighters were given the jab on January 27 and 28 and they are now under observation.
Some of them caught fever after the vaccination, said Nasima, who also got her first dose on January 27 when the vaccination programme was inaugurated in the country.
She, however, said all of the vaccine recipients recovered after a day and they are now fine.
The DGHS official said they have no information about supplying vaccine to Hungary or any other country.
