Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain on Monday said they are conducting the judicial activities without any problem after taking the Covid-19 vaccine.
He made the remarks when two parties of a case and their lawyers appeared before the Appellate Division after mutual settlement.
The chief justice also urged them to take the vaccine.
At that point, Attorney General AM Amin Uddin told the apex court that they will receive the jab on Tuesday.
In reply, the chief justice said the attorney general should have taken the vaccine on Sunday as the state’s chief law officer.
Amin Uddin told the court that is the delay as they want to be vaccinated together.
On Sunday, seven justices of the Appellate Division and 48 justices of the High Court Division took their first doses of the vaccine.
The rest HC judges were supposed to get inoculated today.
