Unhealthy foods are unhealthy at any age, but as we turn 30, our bodies are not able to tolerate increasingly junk food. You may have already noticed that certain foods make you more trouble than ever.
It's smart to think about it now. As you approach the Middle Age, your risk of developing certain diseases increases. Diet plays a large part in the prohibition of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease, so eliminating some of the bad stuff ASAP greatly increases your odds of staying healthy. You should never eat after turning 30 of the following 8 meals:
1. Flavored yogurt
2. Soy
3. Anything with a straw
4. Farmed fish
5. White bread
6. Fruit juice
7. Store bought baked goods
8. Microwave popcorn with butter
