Foreign Minister A K Abdul Momen has said no one will be able to board the plane without a negative certificate of coronavirus in the days to come.
He also said an institution will be given the responsibility of conducting Covid-19 test and certificate.
The minister also said it is regrettable that some Bangladeshis were sent back from Italy.
Meanwhile, the Italian government has decided to halt all flights from Bangladesh till October 5.
Earlier on Tuesday, the Italian government suspended flights from Bangladesh for a week after some passengers of a special flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines tested positive for coronavirus as they landed at Rome Airport in Rome on July 6 though they had corona negative certificate.
Following the incident, Italy denied entry to around 151 Bangladeshi passengers of Qatar Airways into its territory and sent them back to Dhaka.
