Of the currently infected 4,701,687 patients, 4,642,990 are in mild condition while 58,697 are in serious or critical condition.
So far, 7,366,491 people have made recovery from the disease in different countries.
The US is the worst-hit country with highest cases and deaths in the world at 3,291,786 and 136,671 respectively while Brazil is in the 2nd position with 1,804,338 cases and 70,524 deaths.
Coronavirus has affected 213 countries and territories around the world and two international conveyances.
The World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11 declared the coronavirus crisis a pandemic.
Bangladesh has so far confirmed 178,443 coronavirus cases and 2,275 deaths.
