Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has become the third cricketer in the world to score over 5,000 runs and take more than 350 wickets in T20 cricket.
He reached the milestone when he took a single opening the innings for Gemcon Khulna against Gazi Group Chattogram in the Bangabandhu T20 cup on Saturday.
The southpaw, however, could stay long in the crease as he was out for 3.
He has now 5,000 runs and 355 wickets in the shortest format of cricket.
Caribbean cricketers Dwayne Bravo and Andre Russell have earlier achieved the feat.
Meanwhile, Shakib has become the only second Bangladeshi to score more than 5,000 runs in T20 cricket after Tamim Iqbal who has 5,864 runs in his bag.
